How are credits charged?

One credit per conclusively checked unique email. Duplicates and inconclusive checks cost no credits. Packs start at $11.90 for 10,000 and never expire. Previously purchased annual access remains valid until its original expiration.

Will you send mail or save my list?

No emails are sent. Contact rows are processed only for your request and are not stored in our database. DNS checks share domain names, not full addresses, with a public resolver.

Are mailbox and catch-all checks included?

No. Mail-domain checks do not confirm an individual mailbox or detect all catch-all domains. Inconclusive DNS and role inboxes go into the review file, not the recommended clean list.
